Changing teacher mindsets to allow for true collaboration in PLCs is challenging and takes time. It also takes time to implement and/or shift systems at your site. Come listen to one school’s journey as they led their staff through the process. Learn about the timeline and key elements that helped the shift be successful overall. As with any endeavor to invoke change at a site, challenges arose and these will be shared as well. If you want to make the shift, a thoughtful plan is necessary, along with flexibility to adapt the PLC system you want to implement at your site.
